Program Overview
The overarching mission of Entrepreneurs Without Borders™ is to enable participants to put their diverse skills and resources together to work towards educating communities about social entrepreneurship, while developing projects and international travel opportunities that help communities in need and give back to areas of global concern.
Projects can include areas of environmental concern, such as green carbon neutral outreach that involves students planting trees in local communities after completing study abroad missions. Student groups can also work with local non-profit environmental groups to educate communities on choosing green product and lifestyle alternatives. This educational experience often overlaps with innovative classroom projects and entrepreneurial companies that students start.
Student groups have chosen to expand international relations by establishing partnerships with global universities in the efforts of spreading the outreach of entrepreneurship education, both in academia and in the local communities where these schools are located.
